Inspiration

Can't get enough of admiring dogs

What it does

displays random image of a dog

How I built it

used MLH node starter kit, fetched dog api. Gives you random a photo of a dog when you click on the button.

Challenges I ran into

Authorization wasn't working just decided to create a single page app. Originally tried to fetch from a different api kept getting error. Decided to use a different api ended up working fine.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I'm proud of all the beautiful pictures that are displayed.

What I learned

Learned how authorization works with GitHub even though I was having trouble with redirecting to home page.

What's next for mlh-hackathon-nodejs-starter

Looking display other animals and let user save and download the photos
