Inspiration

  • We wanted something loosely inspired by MLH's theme.

  • We wanted to do something simple, quickly reusable, and expandable (for the blog)

What it does

  • Single page site

  • Responsive to all platforms.

  • Portfolio site showing our work

How we built it

  • Flask

  • JS frontend for Hamburger menu for mobile devices

  • Jinja rendering for reusable code

Challenges we ran into

  • Inexperience with Python and its virtual environment

  • Inexperience with Jinja and frontend tools like HTML, CSS, and JS

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Getting flask to run and make a local web server
