Inspiration

We saw that senior AI PM interview prep was broken. Traditional resources focus on frameworks and feature thinking, not strategic leadership. We wanted to build a launchpad for AI product executives to prepare for boardroom-level interviews, craft vision-driven strategies, and inspire confidence to lead AI transformation at scale.

What it does

Our platform delivers executive-level AI product management preparation through:

a) Realistic, high-stakes AI product strategy cases b) Executive-led debriefs and frameworks c) Exclusive roundtable simulations with thought leaders d) Personalized portfolio-building tools to showcase strategic leadership e) Modules on AI ethics, regulation, roadmap storytelling, and market shaping

How we built it

This platform currently built on Bolt platform and currently only MVP phase but after this i would like to integrate more accurate and powerful/personalize content

a) User research: Interviewed 15+ AI product leaders to understand executive interview gaps b) Content engineering: Curated high-impact AI strategy cases and wrote them with executive mentors c) Platform development: [BOLT.NEW] Built in React with Tailwind CSS, integrated Stripe for payments, and Supabase for scalable backend, API integration using PICA d) Brand design: Created an identity reflecting confidence, leadership, and future readiness

Challenges we ran into

a) Designing cases realistic enough to simulate boardroom-level interviews b) Ensuring content didn’t remain theoretical but translated into market-impacting decisions c) Balancing breadth (AI strategy, ethics, GTM, regulations) with depth in each module d) Crafting a brand that appeals to senior PMs without feeling generic or tactical
