Inspiration

We believe that sharing your work should be available and effortless for everyone so they can share how capable they are.

What it does

It is an easy to use, set up and customizable portfolio that anyone can base their own on.

How we built it

We used Flask because is a lightweight and extensive backend and Bootstrap that's easy to use and have customizable frontend components. As side tools we use Pytest and Jinja for testing and design respectively.

Challenges we ran into

We have never work before with Flask, Bootstrap or Pytest so we had to learn it from scratch.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that it is aesthetical and good-looking and it didn't cost the functionality or the user-friendly environment.

What we learned

We learned how to make a project based on Flask, Bootstrap, Pytest and Jinja. Besides how to host a flask project on Heroku.

What's next for Miyabi Portfolio template

Our goals for the project it's to show more of the person, having a blog section for the ideas he/she wants to share and implementing a database that stores projects, blog posts and their actual information.
