Inspiration

I was drawn to the Kling event, seeing so many videos with cute pets already entered in the contest. I wanted to do something original, and since I didn't have any pets in my AI film "The Portal", I thought it was time to create one. That's how MIVO was born.

What it does

MIVO turned out to be the smartest and most playful alien pet I’ve ever met.

How I built it

I created the images in ComfyUI, generated the videos using Kling AI, and created the music using Reffusion. The whole process took me about 2-3 hours including editing. The lyrics are mine and came naturally, based on the story I wanted to tell.

Challenges I ran into

Find the right AI tool to make the song under 1 minute.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

2nd prize 🏆 in Kling Shorts Contest: Caught Being Cute https://app.klingai.com/global/activity-zone?id=777256868028350504

What I learned

Less is better.

What's next for Mivo - The Portal Official Pet

Including Mivo in my AI film will be a new challenge but I'm sure the right idea will come soon.
