Mistype Mania

Inspiration

This game is inspired from small kids who spells words in wrong way, which are further corrected by their parents/mentors. But here you have to become the kid, spell the words in wrong way and proof yourself.

What it does

"Type it wrong to get it right!" Welcome to Mistype Mania, the chaotic typing game where perfection is punished and scrambling is rewarded. Your mission? Type the given word — but NOT in the correct order. Letters must all be there… but nothing else should make sense!

How we built it

I used Devvit to bring my interesting idea into life. It helped me to bring my concept to Reddit in form of a game and a submission to this hackathon.

Challenges we ran into

It was pretty fun building the game but yeah there were few challenges like i spent much time finding good words which are regular but tricky too. The technical development was quite good, sometime there were errors but no issue we'll did it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Actually making the game itself is a great achievement. So yeah it itself is a great accomplishment which i am proud of.

What we learned

We learned a complete functioning of Devvit, actually how it works and we found that it actually makes the process so ease and fluent. So making a game for Reddit is no longer hard, anyone with dev skills and devvit can build a great project.
