Inspiration The idea for the Missing Guest Report Support project came from a real-world problem faced by Resorts. Missing guest cases can be stressful and time-sensitive, and resort staff needed an efficient way to manage these cases and ensure guest safety. Inspired by the need for streamlined communication and quick actions during emergencies, we set out to build a solution that empowers resort agents to respond faster and more effectively when a guest is reported missing.

What I Learned This project was a valuable learning experience in integrating Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce, Prompt Templates ,Agent topic and Action. I learned how to combine these tools to create a seamless and guided experience for agents, allowing them to quickly collect important information, summarize missing guest reports, and document cases with minimal effort.

How I Built the Project The project was built using Salesforce Agentforce to create a conversational interface for the agents. It leverages Prompt Templates to summarize the witness reports of the missing guest. The process starts when a guest is reported missing, and agents create witness records and summarizes all the witness records and Agent topic and action execute process. By integrating the Salesforce platform and using Flow actions for data processing and record creation, I built a solution that is both easy to use and reliable under high-pressure situations.

Challenges Faced One of the key challenges was writing clear and concise Prompt Templates and Agent Topic instructions. Ensuring that the instructions were intuitive yet detailed enough to guide the agent effectively was tricky. The goal was to provide enough context for agents to use the tools efficiently without overwhelming them, which required multiple iterations and fine-tuning to get the right balance

Despite these challenges, the project has been a rewarding experience in solving a real-world problem using Salesforce tools.
