What it does
MIRAI Fortified Enterprise Fleet is a new, contest-scoped Google-native agent system built for the Fortified Enterprise Fleet category. One human supervisor oversees specialized agents through task intake, agent discovery, deterministic routing, persistent state, explicit approval gates, bounded execution, machine-readable receipts, trace readback, and duplicate-effect protection.
Key features
- Discoverable specialist agent roles for intake, risk/policy review, and bounded execution
- Multi-step task routing with an auditable event trace
- Human-only approval before consequential execution
- Firestore-backed production ledger abstraction with a deterministic in-memory test backend
- Machine-readable execution receipts and readback
- Fail-closed duplicate-effect handling
- Provider mode designed to invoke Gemini through Google ADK; unavailable provider access returns a failure rather than a simulated success
Google stack
- Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
- Gemini 3.5 Flash (configured model target)
- Cloud Run deployment target
- Firestore persistent state
- Cloud Logging / trace-oriented observability
- Python, Flask, Gunicorn
Data sources
The demo uses bounded task metadata and its own execution/evidence ledger. It does not require external customer data.
Findings and learnings
A central design lesson is that enterprise multi-agent systems need stronger state and evidence semantics than ordinary chat loops. We separate prepared, approved, executed, and receipt-verified states; preserve idempotency; and fail closed when provider identity or effects are ambiguous.
Honest deployment boundary
The contest source includes the ADK provider path and reproducible Cloud Run/Firestore deployment instructions. Live Gemini invocation and Google Cloud deployment proof are only claimed when provider readback exists; local offline tests are explicitly marked test-only.
Prior-work disclosure
The MIRAI name, repository, operating concepts, and governance patterns predate the hackathon. Only the fortified-fleet/ contest slice, started August 27, 2026, is presented as new hackathon work.
