Mirae Legends Interactive Educational Storytelling Platform

Mirae Legends on iOS

Inspiration

My kids have always been my biggest inspiration, and unfortunately earlier this year their mother passed away, I've always been driven and committed to building a better future for them, this event just pushed my passion to achieve this goal even further, Mirae has brought smiles to both my 7 year old daughter and 6 year old son and it has been the greatest part of this experience, they love it and all I can hope is it brings the same joy to kids around the world.

Updates Since Original Post

Mirae Legends has been updated quite a bit, I've been tagging #buildinpublic & #shipaton along the journey.

Adventure Mode New Interactive Story mode where the story is generated chapter by chapter was introduced. Focusing on educational and social topics with multiple choices for the reader.

Topics Include but not limited to -Climate -Honesty -Equality -Kindness -Sharing

These stories are crafted with the child as the main character by simply uploading a photo. After all chapters are complete an email is sent to the parent with a full breakdown of their child's choices, what can be improved upon, how they can offer additional support, overall well rounded helpful insights.

Vocabulary and 16+ Languages 16+ Languages were added to the app as well as the ability to generate the books in different languages. Most languages will feel very native, however certain languages like Japanese, Chinese, vary in nuance therefore these will take a bit more work to get completely native.

Vocabulary was added for our click to learn words inside the interactive books feature, all the words clicked are automatically saved in a easy to access vocabulary for the user, and the user has easy to access settings that can change the language the definition is given for the word clicked.
