Our journey began with a personal experience when one of our team members received an unexpected diagnosis. Despite experiencing severe symptoms, doctors and researchers struggled to identify the underlying issue. This frustration and uncertainty inspired us to create MIRAcare, an AI-powered health management system designed to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and patients.

MIRAcare empowers patients to take control of their healthcare journey by allowing them to input their medical data, including current medications, demographics, and medical history. Using this comprehensive information, doctors can leverage MIRAcare's AI capabilities to make potential diagnoses based on patient data and inform them of risk factors and triggers for certain diseases. Additionally, researchers can analyze data trends to identify patterns and potential spikes of diseases in specific areas, helping to prevent disease outbreaks and improve public health.

We developed MIRAcare using a combination of JavaScript, React Native, Firebase, OpenAI, and Figma. Throughout the development process, we encountered challenges, particularly in setting up our AI database and navigating the learning curve associated with React Native. However, we overcame these obstacles through perseverance and collaboration and successfully launched MIRAcare.

Looking ahead, we are committed to enhancing MIRAcare by implementing additional cybersecurity measures and introducing new features to provide specialized help for patients. Our ultimate goal is to continue innovating and improving MIRAcare to empower individuals and revolutionize healthcare delivery worldwide.
