Minutes - AI tool to create your MOM

Inspiration

It is very hard to write MOMs (Minutes of the meeting) especially if you're the one doing the talking! Why not let AI do the tasks for you.

What it does

It gets recording of your meeting in MP3 , transcribes it using AssemblyAI then runs another NLP API on it to identify problems that was mentioned during the meeting

How we built it

Used Outsystems, FastAPI, NLP library, AssemblyAI APIs/webhooks

Challenges we ran into

Had challenges with the output of the APIs and if it fits the purpose that i needed Due to time constraints i could only make it work for uploaded mp3 in Amazon S3

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Was able to create the dashboard, use the webhook and pass the output of AssemblyAI to my NLP API

What we learned

It takes several rounds of AI-based APIs to get the analysis that i needed
