Big Update: Minutely is evolving into a full AI Meeting Operating System

Just shipped the new multi-agent orchestration system powering Minutely.

Instead of using a single AI prompt, Minutely now runs multiple specialised AI agents in parallel against the same meeting transcript:

Core Analysis Agent → extracts summaries, tasks, participants, and decisions Blocker Agent → detects risks, missing approvals, and dependencies Sprint Planning Agent → auto-groups tasks into weekly sprints Workflow Agent → builds a dependency DAG for execution tracking Action Plan Agent → generates concrete next steps Follow-Up Agent → drafts post-meeting messages automatically

The coolest part: we’re now replacing the old “Ask AI” modal with a persistent AI command bar directly inside the dashboard.

That means users can type things like:

“Assign the login redesign task to Sarah” “Move API integration to Sprint 2” “Mark onboarding blocker as resolved” “Increase priority of payment bug”

…and the AI updates the meeting state in real time.

This moves Minutely from: “AI meeting notes” to “AI-powered meeting execution.”

Tech stack powering this:

Next.js 16 TypeScript Tailwind + shadcn/ui OpenRouter/Qwen Multi-agent orchestration architecture Structured JSON extraction pipelines

Still early, but the vision is becoming clearer every day: Meetings shouldn’t end as conversations — they should become executable systems automatically.
