Inspiration: Companies constantly face the lack of documentation and follow-up of meetings. Today there are many tools, but none that integrate with Microsoft Teams and the tools that Microsoft has to improve productivity.

What it does: Standardize the format of the minutes for all areas of the company, centralize meeting

information and keep it available at any time. Minutes Teams provides you with statistics that allow you to have a clear picture of the effectiveness of your meetings.

How we built it : Create a tool in the cloud that integrates with Microsoft Teams to easily create a minute that allows you to follow up on the agreements and tasks assigned in the meeting

Challenges we ran into: It is common that meetings are not planned, there is no agenda, and the main objectives are not defined. Agreements are not properly followed up and tasks are assigned

that are not completed

Accomplishments that we're proud of : Minutas Teams is an application that you can use within Microsoft Teams to take better advantage of its capabilities. Not only does it offer a place where you can check everything that happened in your work meetings, but it will also help you know how effective they are

What we learned: Use the Microsoft Teams and Active Directory users you already have and track tasks in Microsoft Planner

What's next for Minutas Teams: Improve with new capabilities and functionality with the objective to do it easy to manage
