Our Minimart and Voucher System was inspired by the desire to motivate and engage at-risk youth through positive reinforcement and behavioral incentives. Drawing from the "Token Economy System," our aim was to create an accessible and rewarding platform to encourage goal-setting and accountability among the youth while providing admins with powerful management tools.
