Project Overview: Minimart and Voucher System for Muhammadiyah Welfare Home

Inspiration

We embarked on this project to gain real-world experience in full-stack development and to make a positive impact on the lives of residents at Muhammadiyah Welfare Home by creating a system that promotes financial literacy and independence.

Challenges

Our primary challenge was integrating various software components:

• Backend (Flask) and Frontend integration was complex due to asynchronous data handling and state management.
• Ensuring consistency between dynamic UI updates and the Flask server's responses required rigorous testing and adjustments.

Lessons Learned

• Technical Skills: We improved our coding skills in and Python
• Soft Skills: The project enhanced our problem-solving capabilities and teamwork, teaching us how to effectively communicate and coordinate within a diverse team.

Conclusion

Despite the integration challenges, the project was a valuable learning experience that allowed us to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, giving us insights into both the technical and interpersonal aspects of software development.
