Inspiration:

According to the ILO, 1.25 billion employees in the world, 38 percent of the global workforce, are working in the sectors most affected by the coronavirus crisis, which is the most likely scenario to be unemployed in this process[1]. The COVID-19 crisis is expected to wipe out _6.7% of working hours globally in the second quarter of 2020 -- equivalent to 195 million full-time workers, the International Labour Organization (ILO) said at 7 April[2]. US unemployment rises 6.6m in a week as coronavirus takes its toll[3]._

As software developers, we feel responsible for the risk of people becoming unemployed. If I were a child, I would never want my father to come home unhappy because he wouldn't play with me. If I were a wife or husband, I would not want to lose interest in the person I love because of unemployment. We want people to overcome this process happily and safely.

Besides people don't want to leave the house. He wants to meet his needs online. He wants to have a safe and healthy shopping.

For this reasons, we are establishing a hybrid system where the entire process of a business from demand to sales can be carried out virtually. In this way, the unemployed will be able to continue their own business through our system and meet the demands without facing their customers.

What it does:

1-Customers enter their requests into the system and experts register as consultants to the system.

2-If customers want, the own request can enter the system, if they wish, directly can communicate with the consultant virtually.

3-i) When the client and consultant first started the service price is determine and If the two parties agree to price, the service relationship continues.

ii) If the request is related in social aid the request is represented to colsultant. If consultant is accept the process is continue.

4-The customer and consultant relationship takes place on the special streaming page for this process, and the data is protected and reported and documented to the parties.

5-Branding and quality are maintained through stage by stage. The service is completed with satisfaction and quality, the payment is transferred from the system to the consultant.

Differences, Innovations and Milestones:

1-Streaming:

Live online communication and trade with between costumer and consultant.

2-The Communication with between and consultant:

i- We are working demand-based work. The customer says to system 'I want to something, I need something'. The request is adressed to consultant and the process is continue with offer, good service . ii-The costumer can connect directly with consultant.

 3-Brand Consultant (Commercial or Social) Service:

Interactive Mobile Protfolio and Office Service

How I built it:

WebRTC, Java, JavaScript, HTML, MySql

Challenges I ran into:

It is very difficult to build a system with many technologies in a short time but it is worth fighting.

It was difficult to discover a payment system suitable for behavioral psychology but we found it.

The thought of staying 3 days without sleep was difficult but meaningful.

Streaming is a new technology for e-commerce. It forced us, but we want to develop the technology.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of:

Lives are also digitalizing like digital world. Ways of doing business are changing. After the epidemic, unemployed people should be prepared for the new normal.

Costumers don't want to search for products. They want to get service from people and systems that will give them the best product. People need being to branding more than products. While we provide being individual branding to consultants, we will save customers from the trouble of searching for products and services.

What I learned: Being more better than now

What's next for Minibigg:

We want to create a virtual business world. We want to lead the digitization of the business relationship and process. We want customers anywhere in the world to benefit from expertise anywhere in the world, without distances. We want to be a fluent, social and professional hybrid streaming platform that realizes this business process.
