Inspiration
We were inspired by endless runner games like Subway Surfers, where players enjoy fast-paced gameplay, exciting challenges, and quick reactions. We wanted to create our own mini runner game that brings the same kind of fun into a simple and engaging experience.
What it does
Our Mini Runner is an endless running game where players navigate the path, avoid obstacles, and try to achieve the highest possible score. The game focuses on quick reflexes, concentration, and timing, making every run an exciting challenge.
How we built it
We developed the game with a focus on simple controls, smooth movement, and an engaging running experience. The gameplay is designed to be easy to understand for beginners while offering a fun challenge as players try to beat their previous scores.
Challenges we faced
One of our main challenges was making the character movement feel smooth, designing obstacles that keep the game interesting, and creating gameplay that feels challenging without becoming too complicated.
What we learned
Through this project, we learned more about game development, player interaction, obstacle design, scoring systems, and the importance of creating a simple but enjoyable user experience.
Future scope
In the future, we would like to add power-ups, different characters, new environments, sound effects, missions, and a leaderboard. These features could make the game more exciting and encourage players to improve their scores.
Our goal is to create a fun, lightweight runner game that anyone can enjoy during their free time.
