🧠 MindTrack: A Holistic Health Companion 💡 Inspiration Music and dance played a pivotal role in accelerating my recovery from stage IV cancer. This transformative experience inspired me to harness my background in human-centered design and behavioral strategy to make creative arts accessible, supportive, and enjoyable for patients like me and elders like my mother.

🛠️ What It Does MindTrack is a holistic health application that integrates data from various sources, including fitness watches, smart scales, clinical surveys, and self-reports, to monitor key wellness metrics such as sleep, steps, hydration, and stress levels. The app provides users with a simple, intuitive dashboard that offers personalized insights and recommendations, promoting proactive health management.

🧰 How We Built It Frontend: Developed using Orchid, Stitch, and Bolt to ensure a responsive and user-friendly interface.

Backend: Implemented with Node.js and Express.js, facilitating seamless data processing and API integrations.

Data Integration: Utilized APIs from wearable devices and health platforms to aggregate user data securely.

AI & Analytics: Incorporated machine learning models to analyze user behavior and provide actionable insights.

Design: Employed Figma for prototyping and user interface design, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
