Inspiration

I love collaborating with other people. I also love being the leader of the group. However, there is always this experience where one member or another would fall off the deadline because of other priorities. That would slow the team down especially if the step is connected with each other. So I wonder, what if there is a project manager app where it can break down the project into smaller tasks and immediately assign it to each member personalized? Like you would build your virtual team citing their personalities so the AI would assign the task based on those? So in case someone gets left behind on deadline, just run that AI in sync with everything and everything is up to date again! Collaborating and leading teams is something I enjoy, but missed deadlines are a constant struggle, often slowing down the entire project due to interdependent tasks. Imagine a project management app that solves this by using AI to not only break down projects but also assign personalized tasks to team members based on their virtual personality profiles. If someone falls behind, the AI recalibrates and resyncs the entire project instantly. This is how this solution could eliminate bottlenecking and keep projects perpetually on track!

What it does

It allows users to create their virtual squad/team for a project by adding members, citing their roles, skills, and personalities. The AI would then break the project into tasks and assign them to each member based on the information given to those members. It would then be displayed on a Kanban Board or Calendar view with task due dates. If someone is falling behind, a user can click the prompt button wherein the AI would do the task assigned for that specific member who is falling behind. This keeps everyone in sync especially for teams who love to make human-work and AI-work come together.

Challenges we ran into

Major challenge I ran into is time. I saw this hackathon way too late and I knew I do not have the time to build from scratch. So I utilize Google AI Studio to build the idea and it works!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud that I developed this product in a short amount of time. Even with the use of Google AI Studio, I still learned a lot in terms of prompt engineering to get more accurate results.

What we learned

This is actually one of my very first apps built on Google AI Studio so I would add that to my learnings. I learned how to leverage Google AI Studio. I also learned how to properly structure my prompts to get the result that I am looking for.
