Inspiration

Mobile addiction is increasing due to social media, games, and constant notifications. This inspired the idea of MindShield to protect user focus.

What it does

MindShield monitors screen time and sends smart alerts when mobile usage becomes excessive, helping users build healthier digital habits.

How I built it

The concept and UI were designed using Figma, and the demo video was edited using InShot.

Challenges I ran into

Designing the project using only a mobile device and presenting the idea clearly in a short demo video.
