Inspiration

In today’s fast-paced world, people constantly juggle multiple responsibilities—work, personal goals, health, and daily tasks. Managing everything efficiently becomes overwhelming, often leading to poor planning, missed priorities, and mental stress. Existing tools like calendars and to-do lists require manual effort and do not actively help users decide what to do and when. This inspired us to create a smarter, AI-driven solution.

What it does

We developed MindPlan – an AI-powered daily planner that helps individuals organize their tasks and routines intelligently.

Users can input: Tasks Goals Available time

MindPlan then: Prioritizes tasks Structures the day Generates an optimized schedule

The goal is to turn overwhelming workloads into clear, manageable plans

How we built it

Frontend: HTML, CSS Backend: Flask (Python) Logic: AI-based task prioritization and scheduling

The system processes user input and applies intelligent logic to create a balanced daily plan that includes work, productivity, and personal time.
