Inspiration

I got inspired from this when I myself went through sad times. It gave me an idea of how I could help others too! Mindpedia is mainly to help all the mental stress victims.

What it does

The main sections are discussed below :

Relaxation Corner- Blogs on the most common mental issues and some spotify mind relaxing and mood uplifting playlists.

Courses Section - Some courses according to the situations they are facing. They are picked from udemy (the most helpful ones).

Lexi - Our chatbot is trained with some real world mental issues like eating disorder, ptsd, suicide thought and being unhappy. It helps the user to find solution to their problem and interacts with them in case they are feeling lonely. It helps the user to easily connect with the mentors and helps them to open up about their mental stress.

Impact it has - It calls for mentors from over the seas to volunteer and help the stress and anxiety victims. A free environment for everyone whenever they feel stressed or lonely. It can help reduce suicide rates, spread awareness about eating disorders, ptsd and procrastination issues.

How we built it

I have built it using Visual Studio code. I have used HTML5, CSS3, JS, and Rivescript.

Challenges we ran into

I ran into a challenge while designing the bot through JS and rivescript.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of creating my first interactive bot which helps the users to feel more secure! Moreover site is completely mobile reponsive. Moreover few blogs in the relaxtion corner are written by me, am a blogger too!

What we learned

I learned new technologies like Rivescript, more about JS and Streamlit. I learnt how to work in such a deadline and creating such a big project in 2 days on my own! I loved the experience! It was my first hackathon and I learnt a lot!

What's next for Mindpedia

Mindpedia will have its bot trained more perfectly and it would soon be published publicly for the users to access it free of cost. All the mentors are welcome to volunteer here.
