Inspiration
I was inspired by a reel I saw a long time ago of someone doing this using a speech AI where it listened to you using a mic and spoke back the advice ,and figured why shouldn't there be a written version instead
What it does
it takes whatever the user wrote on the text box and uses the openai liberty to send that text to chatgpt using my API key and then copies the respond given by the ai and sends it back
How I built it
I had to learn how to use the OpenAI Liberty and the prompt feature to make ChatGPT act like a mental health assistant to learned how to use tkinter to make a desktop app to be easier to access
Challenges I ran into
It was hard to get ChatGPT to work consistently, and I had to continue changing the prompt because it would give me not very relevant and accurate information
