Inspiration

We wanted to make an app that will improve people's lives

What it does

Reminds users to maintain daily meditation practice without missing a day through seeing progress graphs, log of timed sessions, and notifications.

How I built it

Through Glide. Which turns spreadsheets into easy-to-use apps without code required.

Challenges I ran into

We originally wanted to do the Microsoft challenge with the plan of creating a mobile app that links to Microsoft Azure as the backend. We were either going to use a no-code platform or coding , which saves time but would cost money since 3rd party databases requires a paid subscription. So we decided to try coding the application through development tools such as Rust or Visual Studio but made little progress, as most us are inexperienced with mobile development. With limited time, we were able to make at least front end user interface.

What I've learned

Mobile development is difficult and requires a lot of experience and knowledge to do in a short period of time. What I also learned is that the learning process is more important than the end product, especially at Hackathons. There was also a lot of valuable exposure to different technologies such as Azure, React Native, Rust, and UI design using easy development tools.
