Mindful Gear provides a prompt by making your watch sound or vibrate at your preferred interval. You may decide to spend anything from a few seconds meditating to the sounds around you and observing your breathing, to a few minutes thinking about what you're currently working on and what end results you're currently aiming to achieve.

The app has selections for the interval and gives the choice between a bell, a beep and a vibration.
