##Inspiration I’ve wanted to create a mental health app for a long time, but I was still learning all the skills needed to build one on my own. Now, I was finally able to create one—even without knowing TypeScript. As someone who has personally struggled with mental health issues, I recognized the lack of accessible support. That’s what inspired me to take action and build this app.
What It Does
It’s a simple mental health care app that includes habit tracking, note-taking, and music playback features to help users manage their emotional well-being.
How I Built It
I built the app using bolt.new, with the help of ChatGPT and Spotify integration. I made use of Bolt’s free trial for two days to complete the initial version.
Challenges I Ran Into
At the beginning, it was difficult to figure out which files and resources were necessary for the project. But ChatGPT helped me overcome those obstacles. Later, I faced many errors that I didn’t know how to fix. With persistence and continuous effort, I managed to resolve them one by one.
Accomplishments I’m Proud Of
Building this application all by myself is something I’m truly proud of. I also learned to connect my app to Supabase for the backend and GitHub for version control using Bolt’s integration features. This journey taught me so much, and I loved every second of it.
What I Learned
I learned the importance of never giving up—even when everything seems like it’s falling apart. There's always a way forward if you keep going. I also got to explore new tools and technologies I’d never used before.
What’s Next for MindFlow
I’ll continue improving my skills and building more useful tools like MindFlow in the future. This is just the beginning.
