Inspiration
I've been playing with AI and wanted to make a tongue-in-cheek usecase of AI.
What it does
MindFork listens to real-world conversations while you're in VR, transcribes speech, identifies who's talking, and suggests responses.
How we built it
I vibe coded the whole thing using AI and Unity MCP. I connected remotely with my phone and used Visual Code to do it. EDIT: scrapped the whole Unity thing last hour and made it a native android app. :D
Challenges we ran into
Oddly enough, putting the application on the headset. I've never had this issue before when doing it manually. The AI is messing with the .asset files and I have no idea what is was doing.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Well, I am suprised it worked.
What we learned
AI is kind of fun. This project was done over a couple of days in a few hours.
What's next for Mind Fork
Not sure.
