We went on a trip and came back with hours of footage that just sat there. It felt ridiculous that capturing memories was easy, but actually doing something meaningful with them was nearly impossible. That’s what pushed us to build MIN.

MIN takes all your scattered videos and understands them as one story. It pulls the best moments from across everything you shot and turns it into a single coherent edit, without you sorting or clipping anything.

Building it wasn’t easy. AI naturally wants to treat every clip separately, so getting it to understand relationships across videos, find continuity, and build a real narrative took a lot of work. But the first time MIN created an edit that actually felt intentional, we knew we had something.

What we learned is simple: people don’t want more editing tools. They just want their memories to matter without spending hours making them watchable.

Next, we’re making MIN feel more like a friendly presence in iMessage, just drop your videos, chat about what you want, and let it shape the story. It should be the easiest way to turn raw life into something you’d actually watch again.
