The Agent uses its record of saved client calls to respond appropriately, mimicking an agent's mannerisms to create a realistic experience.

How we built it

We built the frontend with Next.js and the backend with Python, using Pinecone to store and retrieve client conversations efficiently.

Challenges we ran into

Incorporating the Twilio API was the most challenging part, especially ensuring smooth handling of voice data.

We allocated enough time to focus on a clean UI and polished presentation, which really elevates the user experience.

What we learned

We gained hands-on experience in working with voice data and integrating it with a responsive AI system.

What's next for Mimic Bot

We plan to scale the bot to handle a wider variety of call types and improve its adaptive responses.
