Inspiration
We often hear songs that we love and wish we could find a similar song. Milky Way was created to create a quick fix to this dilemma!
What it does
Milky Way helps users find discover similar songs based on statistics like danceability, energy, mood, and genre.
How we built it
We used HTML and CSS for the UI and javascript to access and use the Spotify API.
Challenges we ran into
It was challenging to fetch the JSON data from the Spotify API to extract unique identification for each song.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
This is our first time using HTML, CSS, and Javascript but our website still worked.
