Inspiration

My inspiration for this project was wanting to build something cool with codex. My game itself is an idea I've been trying to implement which is a bike physics game. I like mountain biking in real life so I guess that's my inspiration to some extent

What it does

Its a downhill mountain biking simulator that allows you to ride thru various "levels" and possibly crash

How we built it

I built it using chat got 5.6, in codex. But also with some tag ins from Claude sonnet 5 (free tier)

Challenges we ran into

I tried to make the bike body respond to physics, with full suspension and separate components. This was difficult to implement and debug

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Im proud of what I managed to build out, and even experiment with more difficult concepts (failure or no)

What we learned

I learned that just prompting the ai to do something does not mean you will get a favorable result, even if you let it cook with high usage

What's next for Mike's project

This project will probably be mothballed unless I can find a way to make the physics more enjoyable
