💡 Inspiration

With the evolution of construction markets and engineering project management, companies and contractors face a massive gap in real-time geospatial planning, design-to-field matching, and intelligent stress-simulation tools. We developed PRO | PHOENIX Enterprise v13.8 (Geo-Global Edition), known as "Mihna", to deliver the first comprehensive intelligent system connecting project engineering, field digital twins, and instant geospatial bidding for local enterprises and contractors.

🚀 What it does

The platform serves as an enterprise-grade ecosystem combining the following core capabilities:

  1. AI-ConTech & Generative Floor Plans: Generates architectural designs, smart spatial planning, and high-precision Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost calculations.
  2. AI Live Twin & Stress Inspector: Executes physical risk and stress simulations, soil seismic analysis, and real-world matching via computer vision and drone imagery.
  3. Geo-Localized ConTech Marketplace: Dynamically bridges projects with the nearest verified geospatial contractors via Google Places API for contract awards and direct WhatsApp signing.
  4. CEO Control Center & AI Closed-Loop Feedback: Manages subscriptions, tracks live user engagement, and automatically analyzes market performance and price competitiveness.

🛠️ How we built it & Engineering Core

  • Frontend & UI: An interactive, high-performance web application (hosted on Google Cloud) with full multi-language and dark/light mode support.
  • Backend & Logic: Orchestrated entirely in Python with custom modules for structural analysis, live twin calculations, and cryptographic HMAC SHA512 processing.
  • Database & Storage: Powered by advanced cloud relational databases (PostgreSQL / Cloud SQL) ensuring secure workspace isolation, project data persistence, and 6D analytics logs.
  • AI & Agentic Workflow: Powered by advanced Google Gemini models for code generation, text/engineering report analysis, and dynamic pricing control.
  • Real-Time Alerts & Integrations: Integrated with WhatsApp notifications and direct Telegram Bot API alerts for developers/owners, alongside geo-localized mapping via Google Places API.

📐 Structural Simulation & Stress Analysis Engine (LaTeX)

To ensure absolute structural safety, Mihna integrates real-time mathematical modeling and finite element stress verification:
