I led the conception, architecture, and implementation of MigrateOS from idea to working prototype. I designed the overall system, defined the product vision, built the frontend and backend architecture, integrated AI-powered migration workflows, wrote the documentation, produced the demo, and coordinated development using ChatGPT Work and Codex. Throughout the project, I focused on building a practical tool that helps developers modernize legacy software safely and transparently.
