Inspiration
We wanted to promote local businesses!
What it does
Allows companies to post their businesses and users to see them.
How we built it
Node.js and SQLite for the backend and React.js and Tailwind CSS for the frontend.
Challenges we ran into
We tried setting up supabase but could not get user authentication working.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Able to create user accounts and upload posts.
What we learned
We learned how to use cookies, implement CRUD operations, integrate the Gemini API, and how to implement UI with Tailwind CSS.
What's next for Middle Man
We would like to implement more security features and possibly offer other CRUD operations like deleting posts.
