DocuMate aims to streamline case management in personal injury claims (“PICs”) by automating repetitive administrative task and centralising all the case details and documents onto a single platform.

Central Document Repository (“CDR”)
DocuMate centralizes the receiving and sharing of documents related to the PIC onto a single platform, so users need not locate these documents from disjointed emails and the various document sharing platforms. Each PIC will have its own CDR.

Shared Documents

Automated document processor
In a PIC, the most arduous task concerns manually sorting invoices relating to the accident for evidence filing purposes and calculating the total claim quantum. Using Optical Character Recognition technology and machine learning, DocuMate can automatically analyse the uploaded document to generate a summary that extracts key information, and an estimate quantum of the claim. If an uploaded document contains multiple invoices, DocuMate can automatically sort the invoices within the document to follow a chronological order.

Advanced case tracker tools
Users can add events into a timeline for all lawyers on the case to have a clear view of the case progression. Users can add either custom events or standard court proceedings, for which DocuMate will automatically generate the next deadline. Prior to any event or deadline that has been set, DocuMate will automatically send email reminders to users.
