Microsoft Teams Status Light

Inspiration

I was inspired by my dads circumstances. He would constantly have one of us walking in when he was in a meeting and I wanted to make some way to let us know when he was in a meeting!

What it does

It changes colors on a Raspberry Pi according to your Microsoft Teams Status

How we built it

Using a Raspberry Pi and Python as well as the Microsoft Graph API!

Challenges we ran into

Well, I ran into a big big challenge with the code itself! It was not giving me the proper information even though I gave it the right scope! Therefore I was not able to finish my project.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of being able to find the proper resources as Microsofts Graph API documentation is very confusing.

What we learned

I learned to spend more time on research rather than jumping into coding.

What's next for Microsoft Teams Status Light

I want to actually make it functional!
