Combining #Microsoft technology and Open source software has always been challenging and also fun. So we deploy our web service with API to Microsoft #Azure. Then we had the service app and running. Even this stage was challenging because we did it for the first time. Then we developed an #Android app to make RPC call to online service and pass parameters and get the data and display it in the cell phone. We came to Hackathon with no prepared project and we did everything in the hackathon. The most difficult part was communication of android and Azure service to pass remote messages.
