Mi Pueblo PR

Mi Pueblo PR is an app designed to share relevant information about events and maintenance work happening in the counties across Puerto Rico. Our goal is to ensure that citizens can easily access, right from the palm of their hand, the opportunities and activities taking place in their community. How was our development process? The creative process behind developing this app was truly special, as we both wanted to represent the people of Puerto Rico in a meaningful way. Puerto Rico is gradually transitioning into the digital age, and we wanted to contribute our part to that progress. That’s how Mi Pueblo PR was born.

We’re inspired by our love for the island and by how, every day, the people around us help us become better.

One of the main challenges we faced during the development process was crafting the prompt correctly in Bolt. This proved difficult and led to repeated issues during development. However, it ultimately taught us how to clearly and effectively communicate the information we wanted to include.

Our future plans

As future computer scientists, we’ve learned that every challenge is an opportunity for growth and, more importantly, a chance to provide solutions to real world problems.

We want to help others, and we’ll do it through our technological skills.
