Solution:
- Use mindful interjections to increase awareness/control of time spent on Facebook.
- Emotional surveys
- Timers and gray scaling of feed to indicate time spent of daily allocation.
- Track time spent on application
- Create a dashboard linking time spent and emotional state.
- Recommend usage goals to limit time and improve emotional state.
