Problem:

People spend more time than they think is appropriate mindlessly scrolling on Facebook which can lead to addiction and poor mental health.

Solution:

  • Use mindful interjections to increase awareness/control of time spent on Facebook.
    • Emotional surveys
    • Timers and gray scaling of feed to indicate time spent of daily allocation.
  • Track time spent on application
  • Create a dashboard linking time spent and emotional state.
  • Recommend usage goals to limit time and improve emotional state.
