Inspiration
Things happens frequently that the dismiss of doctors' instruction causes patients' death and slow recovery. The reasons for ignoring doctors' instruction are various, which results in different solutions. We set our target as those who have the willing to recover but forget to take medicines on time.
What it does
Like our logo suggests, what it does is to finish the last step of therapies, which is to let the patients take the medicines after doctors prescribe them. More specifically, it combines the feedbacks from the doctor and the patient to provide synthesized information for the patient. Doctors and patients are registered in different identities in our online system. All the information is stalled in Firebase database. When certain medicine is prescribed, the doctor need to log in to input the symptoms, the prescribed medicines, and the time to take medicine. Then, the system will send notification to the patient's phone through the iOS app. Also, the patient can log in through their app to get more detailed information. Immediately after the patient takes the medicine, he or she should check the corresponding 'yes' on the app so that the system will know the execution effect.
How I built it
Our system can be divided into three parts, namely, the website, the database and the iOS app.We first come up with a design of the website, which contains information of patients and can be logged in by both patients and doctors. Then, it occurs to us that we need a data base so that we can store the account of patients and doctors and the information of patients. This data base, then will be reached by the app so that it can encourage the patients to take medicine ontime.

Solving errors caused by different versions of softwares.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Four of us did not have much experience in developing iOS app. However, we managed to make an app after three days of hard study.
What I learned
How to develop website, database and iOS app, and also how to combine them together. Besides, never put coffee near laptops, especially when I lack sleep, even if the space is limited.
What's next for Mhacare
We would like to further diversify the functions of the iOS app. Also, we are considering to develop the Android and pebble watch version to meet the needs of larger audience.
