The name of the hackathon inspired us to make a game about someone fighting the planet or trying to dodge an angry one. We imagined a planet throwing rocks or other things at its disposal at the player.

How it works

There is a player who controls the character on the screen. They try to dodge the meteors, but the catch is the way the meteors fall is determined by the audience watching. We used the Twilio API to receive incoming text messages which can control the meteor shower.
