In today's saturated digital marketing landscape, traditional methods of customer engagement are becoming either less effective or more expensive. Generative AI, while innovative, has contributed to this saturation, diminishing the impact of strategies like marketing emails and AI customer service bots.

What it does

METANA introduces a novel solution by tokenizing customer engagement rewards , making them(such as points, memberships, coupons, and discounts)easily tradable assets.

How we built it

At the core of METANA's platform is the tokenization of consumer rewards on the blockchain, coupled with an AI-driven router that optimizes the trading process. This seamless integration ensures that users can enjoy additional discounts and the freedom to cash out their unused rewards with a single click, all while oblivious to the sophisticated technology operating behind the scenes.

Challenges we ran into

Lack of real data to validate ideas and models in early stages; Schematic design:Most SMEs' CLPs are made up out of the blue; Lack of resources and incubation by capital and large brand

Since our inception, we have partnered with 13 stores, utilizing data from over 300,000 customers to refine our model.

What we learned

Traditional customer engagement tools are mostly one-way, but as generative AI floods the digital marketing scene, old-skool methods are becoming either less effective or pricier. Traditional CLPs and communities are gradually becoming more involutional and less scalable

What's next for Metana:Automated Marketplace for Consumer Rewards

As we prepare for our public launch, our goal is to tokenize hundreds of products and rewards, mapping tens of thousands of transactions on the blockchain daily, making consumer reward trading open, efficient, and universally accessible.
