Here is the project story for MetaMind Trivia, formatted like a classic founder’s journey for a portfolio or presentation. The SparkThe idea for MetaMind Trivia started out of pure frustration with modern smartphones. I noticed that whenever people have a few minutes of downtime—waiting for a coffee, riding the bus, or walking in a park—their heads immediately drop to stare at a screen. I wanted to create an experience that keeps people’s heads up, engaged with the world, while still satisfying their urge for quick, tech-forward mental stimulation. The ProblemTraditional trivia apps force you into a loop of tapping buttons, reading tiny text, and dodging pop-up ads. When I got my hands on Meta Smart Glasses, I realized wearable tech offered a massive opportunity to fix this. However, most existing wearable apps were passive notifications or simple cameras. There wasn't an interactive, voice-first game that felt natural to play while on the move. The SolutionI built MetaMind Trivia to turn smart eyewear into an ambient quiz show. By combining the hands-free hardware of Meta Glasses with a powerful, conversational multimodal AI backend, the app acts as a live, audio-first quizmaster. Instead of looking down, you just listen and speak. The AI dynamically adapts to your voice, delivers instant feedback on complex general knowledge and tech topics, and keeps you sharp without ever needing to pull a phone out of your pocket. It turns empty ambient time into a seamless, voice-driven cognitive workout.
