Inspiration
In daily work, after booking the meeting room, it is not actually used, resulting in a waste of meeting room resources. It is impossible to know whether someone is using the meeting room, so it is easy to be disturbed during the meeting.
What it does
Be able to see the free time of all meeting rooms, so as to easily book the meeting room. The sensor detects that there is no one in the conference room to release, so as to improve the utilization rate of the conference room. Display the occupancy status of the meeting room through the display board to avoid being disturbed during the meeting.
How we built it
We have deeply integrated metameeting with Microsoft teams platform, embedded the application into teams through integrating the ability of teams tab, integrated azure ad SSO authentication, called graph API to book team meetings, integrated bots + adaptive cards to realize conference message notification, and combined with deeplink to realize one click jump to applications.
Challenges we ran into
Various extended functions of teams platform pose great challenges to our application integration.

Combine smart devices such as sensors and display boards to improve the use experience of conference participants.
