Inspiration: I run Mesheco Incubators in Nairobi, selling incubators, cages and improved kienyeji chicks across East Africa. Every month my phone fills with chick and product photos, incubator screen photos, candling shots, receipts and customer voice notes. Sales photos get lost, incubator faults show up only after a poor hatch, invoices go unchecked and voice orders are forgotten.
What it does: One request, “Run month-end for October”, sorts photos into breed and product albums, checks incubator readings against the manual, estimates developing eggs from candling photos, reconciles invoices and payments, turns voice notes into orders, writes English and Kiswahili sales captions, compares with last month and saves one Month-End Report.
How I built it: With the UGOS Skill Creation Tool, orchestrating four registered NAS experts (file, photo, document, knowledge). Everything runs on the NAS’s local AI, so business data never leaves the shop. Claude helped draft and review the files.
What’s next: Testing on a real UGREEN AI NAS with real hatchery data, then publishing on Skills Hub.
