What it is

MeshCFO Control Tower is Cubiczan’s governed workflow for the office of the CFO. It turns SEC EDGAR material-weakness and restatement signals into structured remediation briefs: why now, buyer seats, ICFR gaps, and next actions. Each claim carries per-claim provenance and a CHP lock state, with a hard R0 provenance gate to keep unsupported claims out of the brief.

How it works

The control tower combines an agent mesh with NVIDIA Nemotron on Nebius Token Factory to move from public filing signals to reviewable, actionable ICFR remediation work. The workflow is designed for CFO, controllership, internal audit, and compliance teams that need traceability and ownership—not generic chat advice. MeshCFO is Cubiczan’s product and control layer, with ownership of the resulting remediation briefs.
