Inspiration : Improve existing dispatch & Emergency response time in wilderness thru technology.

What it does : MERS sends an atmospheric ballon that collect area survey and sensor data, optimizes IBM Watson cloud service to distribute analytics

How we built it: With powerful hands and brains

Challenges we ran into : lack of sleep, over ambitious tasks (that we accomplished)
