Inspiration

I got the inspiration for this project one day while I was late for school and decided to brush my teeth in the shower. This made me wonder what else I could multitask...

What it does

This app simply looks at a user's daily routine(Activity List), and then gives helpful suggestions that will merge 2 activities into 1, saving the user time.

How we built it

The original plan was to build a website but that did not work because of my inexperience in web development.

Challenges we ran into

Once the final app was complete, I realized that it looked horrible because it seemed like a block of text. To overcome this, I found a way to make coloured text in a terminal, which helped organize the app.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Completing this project in the time frame given was the main challenge.

What we learned

I learned how to use CSV files to store data and how to make coloured text in a terminal.

What's next for Merger

In the future, I hope to improve the product through the use of AI-assisted selection to make better and smarter suggestions to the user.
