What it does:
Tailored.Torque is an innovative self-learning bot designed to tailor recommendations of Mercedes electric cars based on the unique personas and preferences of users. It utilizes advanced algorithms to perform two main functions:

  • During the current chat, it continuously learns the user's persona which can be used to serve their preferences better.
  • It uses its history with similar users to understand what recommendations will work the best.

Additionally, Tailored.Torque boasts extensive web search capabilities, enabling it to provide comprehensive answers to a wide range of queries beyond typical scope.

How we built it:
Our team leveraged RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Tools/Function Call, LangChain, and a seamless user interface to create Tailored.Torque. These technologies combine to deliver a powerful and intuitive user experience while maintaining robust learning capabilities.

Challenges we ran into:
Throughout the development process, we encountered challenges such as resource constraints, particularly with OpenAI credits.
