Inspiration

Through our observation, we discovered that people easily spend a lot of time on their phones, engaging in social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Moreover, they also devote considerable time to video games. Simultaneously, they miss out on potentially interesting aspects of their lives, from major events like the U.S. presidential elections to the simple beauties of flowers and plants around them.

What it does

Our team intends to deliver an app that helps users focus on all aspects of life while minimizing phone usage by completing a variety of different challenges.

We are proud to have accomplished this project from an initial idea to seeing it come to life.

What we learned

We learned about team collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through this competition.

How we built it

To build our app, we used React for the frontend, Express.js and MongoDB for the backend, and AWS (amazon web services) for hosting our server. These technologies help us ensure that the app runs smoothly and efficiently.
